Sending a post card form your pacific coast eyes

well all this week i have listened to this song called "Pacific Coast Eyes" by Graham Colton. I was checking my email and on the email it said to check out this artist new song. and i did. and let me just say i fell in love with this artist and this song.

here's some of the lyrics:
"But now made a mess but leave it all behind
And you still make it back in the nick of time
If you say your goodbyes and hello to blue skis
Sending a post card form your pacific coast eyes

Say you're goodbyes
Your pacific coast eyes start to close
And I'm on the outside
Well maybe its time
Your pacific coast eyes come back home
And I'm on the outside"
-"Pacific Coast Eyes"- Graham Colton

everybody should check out this artist and this amazing song :)

the one with a new song

This past weekend has been wonderful and stressful at the same time. from dealing with exam week, wanting school to be over, to hanging out on the lake all day with my best friend and saran wrapping my friends car. i made a note to myself that i would start writing a new song. in the spare time i had this weekend, i made sure i would pick up my guitar and start writing....and thats exactly what i did. ive started writing my 3 song...hopefully this one will be full finished, and not have lines through every other verse. and eraser marks all over the paper. i thought for a while what i would name this song and i finally made a decision...the song would be called....... "Life Goes On"

this year was the one year were i have grown as a person. and learned from things that i have experienced in life. i told myself that everything happens for a reason and that God is showing you what he has planned for you. and that's what the song is all about; knowing that in the end Life Goes On. and that God is with you through it all.

Matthew 22:37-39
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.

This week couldn't have been any slower....with test, exam reviews, and basketball. this week seemed to be never ending....

The one thing that made this week a whole lot better.... was the release of Hangover 2. And knowing me...i was gonna see it even if that meant staying up all night..... so Wednesday night/ Thursday morning, me and my best friend Ashley Shenk (Ash the Bash) went to the midnight premiere....and lets just say...it was so worth it...
i learned some interesting things :) and nearly peed my pants like 5 times!
So some advice go see this movie...really go....NOW!!

Have a wonderful day!
